Mobil 1 Auto Service & Lube Express

I was passing through town when my rear axle started making horrendous screeching noises. I stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express on a whim and was lucky enough to meet Kyle. Even with a busy schedule, he took the time to inspect my vehicle—and discovered the culprit was a small rock (felt like a boulder) lodged in my rear brake. He removed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Any other shop would’ve charged a couple hundred dollars, easy. Huge shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond. Friendly

My Buick was jerking ( misfire). Waited for 2 hours plus $99.00 to be given an estimate of $1500.00. Included tune up plus new battery (battery is 3 yrs old). Had it fixed somewhere else for $ 140.00 for new coil. That included test drive, part & a few minutes labour. I am a senior lady on a low income. For shame!! They sure saw me comming. Just terrible
