Loomis Express

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. My package has been held for TWO WEEKS due to extreme weather... apparently. Yet the roads are clear and it has been sunny days for two weeks. I cannot drive to Castlegar... to pick up a package that I paid for shipping on!! Absolutely ridiculous. They just refuse to drive to Rossland and that is trash service. Dont waste your time on a company that doesnt care about its customers.

All these phone calls, then I have to trek down to a remote area behind a used auto parts place down a dirt road with a 3 hour window to pick up my package. If you like expensive service, frustration, anger and loathing, then this is the courier for you! Not even worth one star. I live 10 minutes off a main highway and deemed a No Service Area...pathetic. Now I have to burn my gas and time and be the real courier and pick it up. Don`t bother.
