The craftsmanship is very meticulous and thorough and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a broken front windshield due to vandalism, and on short notice Sam & Adrian had it fixed the SAME day. The process was seamless. I could not be happier with the service and quality at this Craftsman Collision. I dropped my car off and because I didn't have comprehensive coverage I was not able to get a free rental car. However, the manager was kind enough to give me a ride to work. He even had the car dropped off at my work when it was complete. The labor was performed in 2 day, which was one day ahead of schedule. This was great because I depend on my car as most people do and I was happy to get it back a day early. The quality of the work was excellent, it was like new. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the care and customer service provided by the manager Greg Kirkby. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Needed new tires to begin with, ended up getting a flat. Brought my car here and got a good deal on 4 new tires and an oil change. Service was excellent and they were very personable and friendly. I work pretty much the same hours as they are open and I was worried about how to drop off/pick up my car without missing too much time at work and they worked out a solution with me that helped me out immensely. I bought a new-to-me 2016 Corolla after I was rear ended and my car was written off. Less than a month after that I scraped the rear right panel on a cement pillar in my parking garage.
