when our food came i was not givin a fork or condiments .When i finally got them my fries were cold.Then I went to take my daughter to the bathroom and the waitress stopped me at the bathroom door to ask me if we were done.Because I was getting frustrated I told her I would like my food wrapped up to go and when she went to the table my husband asked her to wrap it up to, and they threw it out I only had half a sandwich. I was furious and trying not to make a scene in front of my children. The service was rude and it was my first and last time at your establishment

I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo and the dish...

I ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo and the dish was cold and "pastey" tasting. The pasta was all stuck together. I could only eat one third of it, and that was an effort. The service was on the slow side and this was not a busy time of day. This restaurant used to be very good....what happened??

We have bben to Boston Pizza 3 times in the past...

We have bben to Boston Pizza 3 times in the past year and all three times it was terrible. The first visit we ate at the restaurant. The server was rude, our garlic bread was very burnt and when we complained the manager tried to tell us that this is always how it is (I had had them not burnt many time before). The next time we went there we decided to do takeout to save ourselves the hassle of rude servers and slow service. When we got home found that the speghetti and meatballs we ordered was only spaghetti (NO meatballs, and they charge you for that extra) and hardly any spaghetti sauce. It was like eating over cooked pasty with no sauce. The next time we went we again chose to get takeout. The hostess at the front took 5 minutes to finally acknowledge that we were there, then it took her like 10 minutes to figure out how to put our order into the computer (she must have been a trainee). We double checked that we got the meatballs this time and thought everything else would be ok. When we got home I realized that the curried chicken dish had no chicken in it (again, we had to pay extra to have the chicken...!) I will never go back! They take your money and give you crap service and not even all the food you ordered!
