Very friendly salon made you feel welcome did a lovely job of my hair would highly recommend this salon over some of the others I have been to in Collingwood.
I went in for a basic trim and thinning of my hair. Something I get done every three months and have never had a problem with other hairdressers. My hair went to the end of my rib cage when I arrived. Sam left my hair wet with half of the hair the original length and the other half shoulder length. I ended up having to go to another hair dresser to cut off all my hair. I then found out there were chunks of hair only two inches long. Sam never apologized. I would not recommend this place.
I had been seeing Carla at La Moda for a few visits and was generally pleased with the results. The last visit was a disaster, she knew I had been growing up my hair for 9 months to have a shoulder length bob and she cut all kinds of short layers in it. I also asked her to add a few low lights to break up the solid blonde of my hair and it was brown when she was finished. Total cost? $178. I went home and cried. My suggestion: Run don't walk from this salon. I will never go back.
