Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Thank you Jennifer

Jennifer who I believe is manager went above and beyond her call of duty, l went in to get an up grade to my mobile hub (internet) to find I had to go through Bell so Jennifer even though she was not getting anything out of this got me the mobile hub I needed even though the person on the other end of the line tried to send me a hub that was inferior to what I should have.Hats off to Jennifer for going to bat for me. The store didn’t make a dime off this. Next phone this fall is from You.
