Joe's Your Independent Grocer

I must say out of all the local grocery stores in and around Niagara, Fort Erie, and Ridgeway this location has, by far, the best looking produce section. Everytime I shop im first met with the freshest, brightest and fully stocked produce shelves. This makes a store attractable and I want to return each time! Keep it up Joes Independant Grocery!

Some of the women who work there have zero customer service. Very rude!!

Aggressive/inconsiderate staff/management. June 22 approx.11am I attempted to shop here. I had in my hands, 2 bags of buns, 1 pack of burgers & 1 pack of cheddar cheese slices. I waited in line to pay & was refused service because I didn’t have a shopping cart. I was dumbfounded, I told the cashier all I was purchasing were 4 items & she told me to leave them, walk outside, get a cart & come back to pay. We’re in the middle of a pandemic & I don’t want to touch the cart! They refused my purchase

Nice friendly staff, but very overpriced. When they have a sale, the sale is the price you would pay at other stores. Hours kept are horse town hours, 7pm Saturday and Sunday nights, not like the city. Good for emergency only items like milk, which is all I pretty much get there.

Absolutely excellent. I am a senior living in Fort Erie, unable to grocery shop. Joes Value Mart offers an amazingly convenient method of shopping & delivery. Pleasant & helpful. No idea how I managed before discovering them. Try them. You WILL be thrilled.
