Very professional. They did the basement floor in my house in 1989 or so. No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to today [2025] and they did my new garage floor. I called Ken this morning and left a message. He called me back within a few minutes. Ken is very knowledgeable and helpful and I trust his advice. Years ago he installed satellite service at my cottage and couldn't get a strong enough signal because of all the trees. He improvised and put the dish on the roof of the outhouse and I've had many years of great TV viewing...thanks Ken!
