I telephoned Furnace Family and this morning and I was able to make an appointment this afternoon. Our plumber was Kevin who was very friendly and explained the problem well. He was able to correct the problem very quickly. As it turned out it was a minor problem -- nothing major!! Thank you Kevin. I am very sensitive to toxic smells from detergent and toxic products. Pleasantly surprised that there was no harsh smells here, not on her blanket or face cloths. I’m a little picky with facials. However Sandra is well informed, friendly, and very professional. Love her products, especially her face oil is my absolute favorite.
