The staff was courteous and friendly. The pizza was nice and thick and they fill it up with tonnes of cheese and toppings! Much better than the franchised pizza places. I highly recommend this place!

in the sushi world, especially in this area, Japolo is the hands down winner! I have been a customer since they opened (approx 1997) and am always happy with service, selection, and value. I dare you to try the sushi pizza and say you don't absolutely love it!

They dropped off a 20 tonne load of free wood chips. They followed the instructions exactly. Really appreciate that. They were polite, quick, did no damage and cleaned up before they left. The chips were decent quality. A little bit finely chipped. We have had more than a hundred tonnes of chips dropped off from many different companies. These guys are among the top 3. Good job.

My wife got into an accident on a Wednesday night. I took the car into Tom’s on Friday and they did their estimate right away. By Monday, Tom’s called me up to set an appointment. I brought it in on Tuesday and they called me Wednesday evening to say it was ready for pick up.
The ICBC Customer Claims Specialist said “Wow, that was really quick! That is one of the fastest claims to repair ever.” And the repair looks GREAT. Absolutely zero complaints. Very happy.

Matt came to fix other issues and discovered a major one. Had he not come to repair the faucet and tub spout I never would have known that there was a hazardous and serious issue with the hot water tank. His handy apprentice and him were able to fix all of this and replace the hot water tank in just a few short hours. The water pressure and temperature is amazing. Highly recommend. I was surprised, and skeptical, to read the review in which the poster claimed to have been charged for work not done. Ive used Ralphs for over 30 years, and my parents for longer than that, and their work is top of the line. The prices are a bit steep, but, hey--one gets what one pays for. I unreservedly recommend this business to anyone who needs leather goods, and/or shoes and boots repaired.
