Dr.Dunn was very professional, he explained my situation with my veins, valves and blood clot. He easily addressed what needed to be done. Before I knew it I was having the surgery, it went well as he was efficient and skilled. Post surgery I went home and followed his directions, I didn't have to take any pain killers. That was very impressive! He is efficient and doesn't waste time. Big thank you to Dr.Dunn, his receptionist and clinical staff as they were all fantastic. 5 stars

needed a car towed asap. Called the night on tuesday evening to see about wednesday morning, thursday way available but they managed to sneak me in wednesday just like i wanted. Driver showed up 30 mins early and called and I wasnt there but was on my way and she waited until i arrived at 8:50. didnt bail like i thought they would. good experience and got $50 for getting ride of my headache. Cant remember the drivers name but she was excellent and very pleasant and genuine.

I had a dangerous tree leaning over my house and garage and was worried it might fall towards the house. Dead branches had already caused some serious damage after wind storms. When I called in my main concern was getting it down safely without damaging my house, garage, and pathways. Tyler walked me through the process of rigging and lowering manageable sections slowly down to the ground and to safety. They worked all day taking it down and away bit by bit. Great service! I phoned this store in the evening, because my dogs were out of food, and I needed to know what time they closed. The manager informed me he was closing right now. When I informed him of the situation, he told me he would stay open an extra half an hour to accommodate me. I rushed down, and was able to get my dog food. This store will have my business for as long as I live in the lower mainland!
