My mother lives at Augustine House, and it is the best thing that happened to her, and for us. She is so well taken care of that she doesn't even want to stay with us any longer. She is totally at home in this beautiful place filled with amazing, caring and happy staff, with lovely gardens, incredible ammemities and spotless accommodations. I've been going here for more than 3 years and i am happy to refer any of my friends here. After a couple of car accidents I tried clinics that were close to my office and other local clinics, even though friends recommended this clinic. It's not that any of the others were bad, I just wasn't improving much. I eventually saw Cathy and was really impressed with the different applications she used to rid the pain and improve mobility. Since then I've also seen Giselle and also very impressed. These people keep up on training and really care about their clients and it shows. and the best part is the abailability. Evenings and weekends make it so convenient to get proper treatment.

Just wanted to publicly say thanks to Nicole and the staff at Trennant Park Pet Clinic. Our cat Lucy had been struck by a truck. The driver was kind enough to stop and care for her and track us down. She was in severe shock and needed immediate care. By the time we got to the clinic one staffer named Nicole was prepared for her and the Dr immediatley admitted her. She would require constant care and IV fluids for a number of days. Without insurance coverage we were very concerned about the costs of care. Due to her condition she could not be taken home so the staff at Trennant Park kept her hospitalized without any charge for those additional days. I was so impressed with their genuinely helpful attitude and concern for our pet that I will be using them from now on. We've been back for follow up and received the same genuine care. It's great to see that level of service. What I liked most is that everyone in the office seemed so sincere and just plain nice. Highly recommended!

Mike and Tiffany are wonderful. The food is so fresh and yummy. They make you feel so welcome. Not a soul walks in that place without a greeting from Mike. He generally knows what you want and what your name is. You will never go anywhere else once you have been here.

Took two big dogs to the Bosley's in Trenant Park Square in Ladner today to bathe them. Was very impressed with the staff as they were extremely helpful and friendly. And, the dog washing area was clean and had everything I needed - including treats for the dogs! (One dog does NOT like getting into the bath). Highly recommend!
