Tiny pool is the only complaint. Clean room. New mattress and furnishings. Great staff. Great hot/cold free breakfast. Easy check in and out. Will definitely stay there again.

We had originally been recommended to this clinic to see Dr. Sutter,for whom we had been given the highest praises, however we were assigned Dr. Armstrong at the time of our first visit. He is just so amazing with our golden retriever! It isnt hard to tell he loves animals and this is his calling. I am a landlord, utilizing RSPMs services for 3 years. Rentals are not an easy business, most tenants are great and pay on time, but some bad apples will vacate an entire building with their stupidities. RSPM has been very professional and has treated every one of my tenants very fairly, even if it means evicting them if necessary. They keep you informed, advise you of required repairs, and collect rents on time. If you take care of your building, your tenants will be well taken care of by RSPM.

Long Canada day weekend and stranded on the side of highway 17 over 300k from home in 3:00 traffic. We called CAA and thankfully got rescued by an amazing tow truck driver. She was friendly and professional. She used the utmost care in loading and unloading my brothers mustang. She drove like a Rockstar through rush hour traffic and got us back to hamilton safe and sound. Thank you fromall of us!!!! You Rock!

We are so pleased with the service we received from Mike and his brother! The only sign that a tree came down was the clean open space and the tree stump. No leaves, no twigs or wood shavings! He even did our gutters! And then did my neighbour’s gutters where leaves had fallen from the tree that came down! A wee more expensive than a few other places but SO WORTH IT! Another neighbor had a tree cut from another company a few days later. They did a good job but the mess they left is unfortunate.
