I preplanned my Mother's funeral and they were very helpful and showed many options. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive of anything. You are encouraged to choose what is suitable for you and your loved one. The day of the funeral had a minor hitch due to the previous day being a holiday resulting in a slight delay in the arrival of the cards and sign in book.
