Very professional. They did the basement floor in my house in 1989 or so. No issues whatsoever. Fast forward to today [2025] and they did my new garage floor. 2 years ago my husband purchase glasses from another theadore and pringle store. The glasses gave him head aches and visdion was blurry. We went to the petrborough location to purchase new glasses and Jen adjusyed the glasses we had purchased 2 years ago. Once ajusted correctly it was like a miracle. My husband could now use the glasses and we actaully purchased new glases as well which were correctly fitted. The best experience ever.

Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

I just bought a 2025 Defender from Bill. The entire experience was excellent, his staff let us look at units and answered any questions. On delivery day I had a slight issue, techs were sent immediately to assist me and my new bike was delivered back to me within 2 hours. Bill even took the time to come and make sure we were good go. We cannot say enough good things about James and his crew. We were completely impressed with the super quick response time, all of our questions getting answered without hesitation and 2 days later my fireplace was completed! After the ice storm this past weekend we were down to 3% propane left in our tank. We called Monday, Mar. 31/25 and by 1pm Apr. 1st we had our tank filled.
They only got power on Monday at 10:30am.
We can not thank Endicott and their staff for the excellence service.
With our power still out as of Apr. 2nd we are able to keep our generator running.
