After decades and half a dozen of our pets getting care at a Port Alberni clinic we had an emergency and were turned away after telling us our pet "needs to be seen right away but we can't get you in for 2-3 weeks".
We called your clinic, we're asked the very same questions and you had us in the next morning.
Unfortunately Dr. Mortenson gave us a diagnosis that we had suspected and we had to book on home euthanasia 10 days later.
You agreed to see our other dog and we couldn’t be happier

The owner was working and was so friendly and helpful, everything about this experience was fantastic. Now we live in the area I imagine we will be visiting on a regular basis.

Lovely food, wonderful presentation and went above and beyond, Helen and George did so much more than just cater our daughters wedding, but went out of their way to help out with so many things....
