They try their best to make customers happy, but instead, the customers decide to complain about their service and insult their business just because there was a mistake in their order or they had to wait longer than usual. Daren arrived when he said he would, dropped a large container, and emptied out 30 years of woodworking debris, odds and ends of lumber, and the accumulation of debris that one accumulates in a home workshop. Did it all with a smile at a good price in 3 hours. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable. This was the only company of three or four that took the time to climb up on our roof and look to see what the problem was with our leaking chimney, before giving us an estimate. Walter asked me to come out and look at the problem and explained Several options to us. The problem was fixed the first time, they were always on time and answered all our questions. A very professional and reliable company in our experience. We would highly recommend them.

We just had our roof done by JL Dufour and are beyond pleased! My husband was super impressed with how organized they were. The next day they finished the job. I would highly recommend JL Dufour if you are looking to get your roof done! I am soo glad that I started buying my dog's food at Best Friends. My dog went through a lot of different foods from the vet and he stopped eating lots of them. He has a really sesitive digestive system and the staff at Best Friends were extremely helpful and very thoughtful when it came to my dog's needs.
They provided me with several samples of different foods and it turned out the California Naturals was the answer! I can pronounce every ingredient on the package and my dog is a happy camper.
