Huge shoutout to East Side Mario’s Cranbrook for being so amazingly accommodating for our group of 13 today! They changed their seating plan to make things more accessible and allowing us to have some privacy! fresh salads, hot soups, endless supply of fresh warm bread and special diet needs were served quickly, impeccably and all with a smile!! Daryl and his crew were great! They were friendly and did a great job cleaning up after the tree was down. Daryl was very efficient at the removal of our 80-100ft tree beside our neighbors property. He was very careful not to damage the fence or land any debris in the other yard. I have another tree and if it also dies I will be calling on him to do the job again.

Mr Graf and Riley quite possibly saved my life when I limped in to their shop. Even though they are heavy duty shop they were gracious enough to repair the wheel on my small SUV. I was driving from Nelson to Calgary when my wheel started making noise and eventually shaking. They found that it was about to actually fall off and had one stud shorn off! They could have easily hustled me off to another shop (all in town were extremely busy) but they took the time to help out a traveller in need.

Super homey and the staff were amazing and super kind. I ordered number 26 (I can't remember the name) the waffle was cooked well pancake was a nice size and perfect and the French toast was also quite good, the coffee was perfect nice and delicate and not to strong. I highly recommend.

I went as in as an emergency patient, warm welcome and I was able to be fitted in between other patients. Straight forward paperwork. After a week of antibiotics, I had needed extraction done with as much care as could be offered, I was put at ease. I was told to contact if I had any issues or questions, Dr Linda contacted me the day afterwards to follow up with me. I would recommend.

I'd like to say from the start that I've no affiliation with this company.
I'd not been to Cranbrook Photo for a couple of years, and I kick myself for that. I wandered in looking for a tripod mount and to ask a few questions. I couldn't have found a more helpful bunch of people. I was there about 30 minutes and could have happily stayed longer. They answered a number of other questions that I had, and couldn't do enough for me. They had the part I needed, and suggested some solutions to other problems I was having.
I've never been to a place with such good customer service as they make you feel as if you are the only important person in the store. You can probably tell I'll be going back again in the future.
