Great!! Understood everything I was trying to tell her, since it was so confusing to me. Very sympathetic and she knows whats going on on both sides of the picture. Helped me with phone calls and kept her cool when met with frustrating government bureaucracy. Helped me fill in forms and now I'm receiving what was long overdue, thanks to Val's help. Good to know someone is there to help and care.

Kirby is an extremely accomplished health care provider. He is very knowledgable and is able to explain the diagnosis and treatment to the patient in an understandable fashion. In his clinic, there is an easy sense of confidence. His use of humour and his affable manner put people at ease and help them feel comfortable. Wow!!! Incredible selection!!! The staff are extremely knowledgeable too. I really enjoyed shopping today. I got most of my shopping done in one store! They have a great return policy which is important to me. (They give you 30 days after Christmas to get a full money refund or to do an exchange which is great when you are buying for others). Im a happy local shopper that will be back next time for sure. Awesome store! :)
