I have indirectly been dealing with JR through dropping off and picking up documentation in prior years for my Mother's and Father's Income Tax Returns, which JR had been preparing for them.
I had always found JR pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with regarding Income Tax Matters.

Robin S was great. She listened to our complaint of constant rising costs for unused services. She understood our customer frustration and arranged a cheaper package that offers only the channels we want. We left with a smile and gratitude. The only reason I don't add a 5th star is that the extra $12 for Internet and phone as of Sept. 1 will reduce the actual savings we enjoyed briefly. As tested loyal customers over 12 years, we would like to see a rise in rates not eat away agreed-on savings.

Been a few years since we were at Raxx and were pleasantly surprised this week. Nice renovations make the place look brighter than before and lots of options for seating, pool tables, bar area, TVs, etc.
Food was surprisingly good, particularly the chicken wings that were well cooked, perfectly sauced and quite meaty. This was not a Wednesday night so not sure if the wing quality is better/worse/same on the night that wings are discounted.
It was a pleasure to have the option of blue cheese dip with real chunks of cheese in it. Wish more places served this with their wings and/or pizza! :)
The salad was a huge serving and very fresh ingredients. The grilled chicken was finely shredded and nicely flavoured. I eat a lot of chicken and salad and this was a surprisingly good one. Red wine vinaigrette was a nice option too.
Service was a bit slow for refilling drinks and for bringing out the food considering the place was practically empty but the order came exactly as requested including a couple of customizations to the salad.
The menu is straightforward and not too complicated nor too many items. Could use a fewer lower-fat items but realistically I wouldn't expect to find much of that on a sports bar menu so not a big deal.
We were quite surprised at the food quality and would come back. Thank you!

I recently stopped by LightHouse Dental in Kingston and I was really impressed. The staff was incredibly welcoming. I was in for a teeth cleaning, and they handled it quickly and efficiently, without skimping on the quality of care. The whole place had a friendly atmosphere; it was clear that they genuinely care about their patients.

Absolutely would not take my dogs anywhere else! I have been bringing my 3 boys here for 10+ years and I trust Nancy and Natasha.
Nancy is not afraid to voice her concerns and I appreciate this. What may come across as rudeness is just her love/understanding of dogs and wanting them to be taken care of! If something needed to be addressed with my dogs she would tell me! Ignore any negative reviews you may read. They truly care for your dogs!

High praise from us for Canadian Awning & Canvas in Kingston Ont for the first rate service and awnings they provided. Needed replacements for 2 rectractible awnings we bought approx 12 - 13 years ago from Home Depot, Belleville. The frames are still efficient but H.D. were only interested in selling us new frames with awnings. I am a driving instructor, responsible for my own repairs since i own the car. This has been my go to place for years, the friendly knowledgeable staff is always comforting, Ryan is always on top of things and gets things going as fast as he can, they always take the time to explain the repairs in detail and offer very fair prices. In my line of work, my car can not be off the road for long and they know that and always get me in as fast as they can. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

The owner came out to my cottage 50km north of the city and priced the cutting down and removal of three trees. Trees were down and removed according to the price and time set out in the contract.
