Back in 2010 we had a serious moisture problem in our 1860 stone foundation, log home. We worked with this company and they came up with a relatively simple solution, of a commercial dehumidifier, that solved the problem. Then in 2016, we had another building with the same problem, so we went back to this company and bought a unit for that building. Both units continue to work well and do what they are supposed to do.

I've been using Stan and his team to open and close our pool for many years. He's always prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I don't have to be home when they arrive to do the work but I always try to be there because there's always some little tidbit of knowledge he shares about pool maintenance. We just moved from Calgary to Montreal with Kingsway Van Lines in March of 2023. Great service and it was very easy to deal with Kingsway. Started out by filling out an inventory form and received a price. We did have stairs at the pick up address, so the rep was very upfront with all the charges. They offered us a mattress cover at no charge. We had the pick up scheduled for Jan 21. Received a call around 2nd week of February to say that the shipment was at their warehouse.

Derek and Scott are the nicest people ever. They are efficient, fast, thorough and super kind. They put in a new water system for us and serviced our well. Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). The first time the tension spring snapped and they were done within the hour,
Second time they motor's gear thingy that turns the chain belt ripped through the metal enclosure, and they fixed that within 30 minutes
Both fast and reasonably priced with next day service, how could you ask for anything more??
