Everyone is friendly and helpful. Have been going to this dealership for service for 7 yrs first with my Mazda 3 and now with my CX5. Service is always great never an issues. Mitch the Manager is also great to deal with. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I am actually very surprised with other people’s reviews because I have always had a great experience. He didn't disappoint with his sense of hummour to keep us engaged. He is also super knowledgeable on all courses and Alberta standards. When you don't understand something he makes sure to explain differently so you can understand. He gives you the time needed to ensure you pass and understand everything. New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. But thankfully for Trail appliance(west end) to come to the rescue, not only for a fridge , but a stove my wife wanted. Do not get we wrong it was not easy dealing with a cranky lady of the house. They understood and came to help us. As well with a very quick delivery. That is service at its best
