Fantastic! Joe and his team were very efficient, considerate, professional and worked well as team. They were on time. They were careful to ensure the neighbor was not affected while they worked. It's not very often that I would consider giving a stellar review for someone that just ruined my day with a $3500 repair estimate LOL....However, the professionalism and service that I received from Ryan at Lo-Cost on 97st was above and beyond.
Hopefully I won't need to be a returning customer too often, but if I ever need transmission service again there is only one place I will go.

Call to book an appointment in advance. I would not recommend doing a walkin if they are busy. Wait times can be long. Great staff and doctors. COVID procedures are in place. Have to wait outside after checking in.

I have gone to other physiotherapy offices when work sent me somewhere else in the past I never felt like the other offices cared about me I felt like a number not a friend.
Now 11 years later when both hands and feet are damaged I know that I will be in good hands because the people who work at Pivotal actually care about there client ?
