I was pleased and honored that when I needed my Radiator flushed quickly before embarking on a trip to have a skin cancer surgery on the mainland the agreed to fit me in when they already had a full slate of work and were short a technician. A girl with long hair called Justine just made my pizza. The best pizza I have ever had. And I eat pizza a lot. Just the perfect amount of everything, and she melted the goat cheese superbly. Amazing!

Parks west is a great store has tons of great office supplies, offers printing, copying, computer services, has incredible staff everyone is so friendly and informative. They carry stuff other places don't especially items I have needed for my school aged children. I highly recommend these guys especially their computer services. They helped me fix my computer and install a new battery costs were great and customer service was wonderful.

We could NOT be more satisfied with Dave's work. He and his helper replaced a massive old deck that during it's demolition, exposed problems which were clear to us that Dave helped us understand. He put everything to rights and replaced that rotting structure with a sturdy and beautiful masterpiece. He worked fast AND was tidy. We also appreciated his intelligence and his ability to explain needed changes and improvements. He CARED! We recommend Peterlyn Properties for any construction job.

We purchased a new Kingfisher in 2017. There was one minor heating issue that appeared. Brad from Parksville Boathouse came right to the boat on mainland BC side and fixed problem, and performed initial service and check. Boat is running flawlessly. Thanks Brad and Parksville Boathouse.

Highly recommended! Love supporting a local family-owned business. Great customer service. Driver arrived faster than quoted and rates are very reasonable in this day and age. We cant all expect a deal when people need to make a living. And when your precious cargo (family) is stuck on the side of the hwy! You get what you pay for. Driver was quick and very efficient, got us off the hwy safely. Thank you! I will be calling these guys for my next tow (which I hopefully will not need again lol).
