Myself and two friends had a 3 hour beginner lesson from Marta that was LEGENDary! The service before and after the lesson was also amazing - they really love what they are doing and the energy rubs off on you. Gear rental after the lesson was way cheaper than some others in the area as well so we were able to keep surfing for the rest of the day and try everything we learned. They traced my lines and ran a camera through them to make sure they were clean, found one was plugged with stucco carelessly discarded by a tradesmen which they cleared quickly.

I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed!
