try any specials, very hearty meals, like liver/onions, lasagnba, lamb curry, Manicotti .
light on deserts, but then with all the good main course meals, and drinks, its not a real issue that deserts are safe stuff

I have had a great experience with my invisilign system. Having previously worn the traditional “train tracks” this new system was pain free and easy to use. The results have been quick and wonderful!
