This was my first time getting a balayage and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Teknik. I got Dil as my hairstylist and she made my hair look gorgeous. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with my hair and Dil helped me with that. After my consultation with Dil I trusted her completely with my hair and she made sure my hair wouldn't get damaged. I live in NYC and contacted Monika about sending flowers to my Mom in Waterloo. Monika responded immediately and we shared a few emails making sure all my expectations were met! Simple to order on line and the flowers were amazing! Monika provided everything she promised and then some! My Mom loves her flowers, vase and happy birthday balloon! a few years back I had a 2000 ranger exhaust repaired at the Fairway location and for 40$ never had an issue again , today I had my 2002 Ranger repaired including a new muffler , not only was the price great but the treatment & speed at was exceptional . Nowadays' many shops take advantage of customers to get rich on each,but you and your team have won me over for life thru simply being open,honest & fair...repeat customers appears to me to be your desire , and you have that from me !!!

I have a pair of boots that I use in the winter. Been using them for six years, I wasnt sure if they were salvageable. The gentleman at the KW Shoe Repair was open and honest and discussed with me what I wanted do and how much it cost. The price was in the high side, but the workmanship was exceptional and my boots were saved and they look new( actually they are better than new, with soles that were added !!!)! I highly recommend this place for a repair to a high quality shoes.!

We have a 130 yr old home in Cambridge and we hired D&D to re-insulate it. They firgured out the best way to insulate (they do a few different processes) and where it needed to be done. They didn't need to insulated the entire house - so that saved us money. They also took the time to show us where we could make improvements and now we are saving even more money on our heating/AC bill every month! They were polite, clean, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly reccomend this company!
