Cameron was prompt in answering our inquiry and prompt in responding to other questions. He was able to attend on the day planned (all weather related). He was polite, considerate of our needs, professional in his approach and more than thorough in the job done.

we just had Vac-A-vent do a deep clean on our LG heat pump. They did a great job cleaning both the indoor and outdoor units. They cleaned up any mess and even helped move the heavy furniture back in place. I will definitely use them next time and will use them when my furnace pipes are in need of cleaning. Great job guys.
