I am so thankful for the therapy I received from Shakku. I've had major issues with osteoarthritis in my knee, lots of pain etc. Today, just over a week later I am almost pain free, thanks to her help, advice and the excercises she gave me to do. I am so thankful for her and the team there, they are amazing. So very thankful that I went to this place for help with my condition. I feel like a new person, not limping around in pain any longer. My Wife and I stopped here this morning at 4am to get a $1.05 coffee and somehow got my car stuck on the adjacent roadway. I walked up to the drive through window and explained that I was in need of a shovel.The staff smiled and did something unexpected which went beyond what is expected of any employee. Not 5 minutes later another gentleman came out with a shovel and dug me out getting me on my way, also refusing payment. In my embarrassment I forgot to get their names, SORRY. Forever grateful

I was passing through town when my rear axle started making horrendous screeching noises. I stopped by Mobil 1 Lube Express on a whim and was lucky enough to meet Kyle. Even with a busy schedule, he took the time to inspect my vehicle—and discovered the culprit was a small rock (felt like a boulder) lodged in my rear brake. He removed it quickly and didn’t charge me a cent. Any other shop would’ve charged a couple hundred dollars, easy. Huge shout-out to Kyle for going above and beyond. Friendly

So I'm buying a few things to make dinner for the fam, my sister "whom I'm staying with" gave me the coop # and I forgot. My cashier "amazing customer service! Cheerfully looked it up for me. The other lady at the comp she was using to look up the # rudely said he can't use someone else's # when I explained I was staying in this household she would not even awknowlage I spoke not even a look. I worked CS back in PEI Managing 67 people. This was rude and uncalled for. If this is policy change it!

Mario recently completed major renovations on our house in Medicine Hat. He treated our house as if it were his own. He is a skillful and conscientious craftsman. He was also our renovation project manager who brought in other tradesmen to help when needed. Mario and Gwen, his wife, made many helpful suggestions during the renovation process. They frequently uncovered areas that needed attention and offered their recommendations. His cost estimates for each phase of the project were reliable and reasonable. They must have spent a lot of uncharged time shopping for materials trying to get the best prices for us. We were very pleased with the quality and cost of the work. We feel fortunate to have discovered Marwood Renovations.
