I brought a bridesmaid's dress in today to be altered and was greeted in a kind and helpful way. The staff ensured I was heard and treated me with respect. They explained the entire process and made me feel comfortable each step of the way. I just bought a 2025 Defender from Bill. The entire experience was excellent, his staff let us look at units and answered any questions. On delivery day I had a slight issue, techs were sent immediately to assist me and my new bike was delivered back to me within 2 hours. Bill even took the time to come and make sure we were good go. That is fantastic service from Bill, Tania, George, Justin, Gordie, Jessica and all the crew at Bancroft Sport and Marine!

Despite all protocols of social distancing and serious health concerns, Griffiths were out PRONTO to assist. They recommended a tow closer to them ( vs. returning to Toronto) to save costs. They were extremely helpful in allowing us to get back to the car to pick up our stuff & answering all our questions regarding insurance. Polite, professional. Perfect.
