I really appreciate Jean who handled the issue my mom had with her acreage home. I called to get some clarity on behalf of my elderly mother. Jean took the time to look into the matter after we talked on the phone. She called me back an hour later and had the matter sorted and had already set a solution in motion. I was very grateful for her excellent customer care. The came up with timely resolution to our problem.

I feel confident of the care and never pressured to make un-necessary choices. Choices are clearly outlined with possible consequences. Compassionate, professional... they know my now geriatric dog and make effort for her to see the Vet who has known her best long term. The customer service at Northern Hearing is great. Any time I have a problem they fix it on the spot. The Audiologist is very professional and helped me choose the right hearing aids for me from a wide selection. The hearing aids have really helped my confidence, I wish I got them sooner.

A great stop on the way to Kenora. I stopped in to grab a coffee and some cinnamon buns, and both were excellent!
They also had a nice restaurant with healthy options that I will have to go back and try.

Ordered 5 lbs of leeches for pickup. Asked that they be put in 2 bags. They were ready as requested, nicely placed in a box with ice to keep them cool. Great leeches. The BIG walleyes and smallmouth loved them. Highly recommended. Owners Victoria and Cody are quite helpful.
