I wanted to send a basket to my Dad for his birthday and am SO happy I came across Kelowna Baskets! I was highly impressed with the customer service I received. The owner was extremely helpful & courteous, and assisted me in customizing my basket to make it perfect for the occasion. She delivered the basket personally to my Dads home. I bought a secondhand wedding dress that needed to be cleaned and the owner was amazing. She took me through the process of what she would have to do with this particular (and very fiddly) dress, and even run me right away to let me know that she was happy with the partial test clean she did on some of the fabric and was going to go ahead on the rest of the dress. She really cares about your clothing. She will be able to tell you straight if theres hope for a difficult clean. Many thanks!
