The lunch menu was exceptional. The home made sandwich that I ordered was second to non around Prince George. This business is well run with a very friendly atmosphere.
Improvement needed:
When I ate there it seemed busy and service could have been a little bit speedier. Business owner may need to create a more effcient process for preparing food.

I've been to Red Robin at the Parkwood location in Prince George twice recently. The 1st visit was at the beginning of September and the 2nd visit was the 2nd week of September. Both times were at different times of the day/evening on different days of the week. Each time was excellent food and service. My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes.
