After decades and half a dozen of our pets getting care at a Port Alberni clinic we had an emergency and were turned away after telling us our pet "needs to be seen right away but we can't get you in for 2-3 weeks".
We called your clinic, we're asked the very same questions and you had us in the next morning.
Unfortunately Dr. Mortenson gave us a diagnosis that we had suspected and we had to book on home euthanasia 10 days later.
You agreed to see our other dog and we couldn’t be happier

Myself and two friends had a 3 hour beginner lesson from Marta that was LEGENDary! The service before and after the lesson was also amazing - they really love what they are doing and the energy rubs off on you. Gear rental after the lesson was way cheaper than some others in the area as well so we were able to keep surfing for the rest of the day and try everything we learned. Thx guys, see you next time up!

What a great find! Tons of licorice and Dutch treats. The store is very close to the famous Goats on the roof Market.
The owner was working and was so friendly and helpful, everything about this experience was fantastic. Now we live in the area I imagine we will be visiting on a regular basis.

Nice staff nice atmosphere, pretty busy most of the time. I would suggest to call and make an appointment instead of walk-in service, as you could be waiting up to 3 hours or longer to see a DR.

Lovely food, wonderful presentation and went above and beyond, Helen and George did so much more than just cater our daughters wedding, but went out of their way to help out with so many things.... Very experience, very nice people who LOVE what they do. It shows. I will recommend their service to anyone who has an event from small to large. My husband and I moved from Vancouver to Qualicum Beach and only 2 weeks after our change was made, we booked a table for a late lunch.
That was a first pleasant surprise, that you can book your lunch / supper any time it feels good for you. Already on the phone, I got a very approachable and friendly person. And so we looked forward to see this restaurant.
Our experience was like not many; food was SUPERB, place nice, cozy and our server (Kim) was the best.We're looking forward to returning
