Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Great service for great prices, Andy always does my nails when I go to the Midlands location and I’ve never been disappointed with his work...he always shows you your nails between doing them to make sure you’re happy with them, I highly recommend this salon to anyone who might be looking to get mani pedis and they offer many other services as well, very relaxing environment, although sometimes they can be very busy during graduations and weddings etc...otherwise they’re amazing!!!

Hello, I was in your store yesterday, I brought a watch that I had bought there in for repair. As I was leaving, I stopped to look at the watches hat were in the display case. The lady that was looking after me said that I could also pick out another watch instead if I wanted to. So I decided to do this and the lady gave me such good service. She adjusted the strap for me, set the time and she even put a new battery in it for me. I just want to say Thank You again . Diane

I love to shopping here , as we are locals and this store is great saving for us but today I was been treated rude by the cashier, the 12 pack of Dr Pepper with the sale tag was $2.47 but she checked in $5.47 so I pointed out she called someone bring the tag up while waiting for she said to another customer put the stuffs on the belt this lady has the issue with the rude impression, when the guy brought the tag up she said it was in the wrong place,I left it back no need to be rude

At a time when tire changeover is/was paramount, I had discovered a slow leak in one of my front tires due to having run over a nail/screw.
I called at 8 am on a Monday morning and was told I could bring it there for 11:30 am and that it would take approx 1/2 hour.
I left, with repair and payment completed, by 12:05 pm, same day.
I am/was, absolutely satisfied with the work done on site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
