Rob answered a desperate call on the Sunday morning of the long Family Day weekend and came over promptly to repair a broken pipe in my heating system that was in the process of spraying hot water all over the basement. He did a quick and very neat repair, and saved the house from freezing up on a cold wintry day. I was very impressed with his efficient and friendly service.

Doctors are wonderful, great bedside manners and carrying! Receptionist could use a new one! She is rude and tries to diagnose you over the phone, doesn’t want to take the time to open your file or listen to what the doctor instructed you to do. Also doesn’t take any compassion to try and book you around your female cycle , and thinks her appointment slot will work anyways…. It took me two years to get into my first appointment due to her trying to tell her time slot should work, I know my body!

We wanted to upgrade our entrance panel from a 100 amp to a 200 amp with a transfer switch installed for when the power goes out & we need to use our generator. At the same time, we wanted to be able to plug in our trailer when it is required & they did an amazing job putting everything in & also saved us some money by suggesting certain things & it all looks great. Ready John made an emergency trip, well outside their usual territory, under circumstances they'd rather not have worked in, to rescue an elderly man with a septic system crisis. I did not meet Dwayne in person but he took time to discuss the situation on the phone and gave the impression that he really cares about his customers. Vince, who did the pumping, is efficient, friendly and pleasant. The price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys and their company. Very happy customer.
