Okay, we were completely and thoroughly amazed by the customer service, the friendly staff and the immpecable rooms and grounds. Not only was this place a wee bit more expensive than perhaps the other hotels in Salmon Arm, but hands down, it was worth every penny and I would stay ONLY here when I come now in the Summer. Seriously, whoever designed this place should get an award. The grounds and pools are the kind you find in a 5 star resort in the Mayan Riveriera...go here, you will not regret it. “Great Experience!” I was in town for a conference over the week and stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites. The stay was fantastic and the staff really went above and beyond for my during my time there. I was in a jam and needed some printing done and the gals at the desk were superb. I emailed them a few documents to print, they did so with no hassle, helped me fax them over and then gave me directions to my meeting.Great experience and I will look to stay here again next year. Tonite Nov 13 I was missing 4 Jr cheeseburgers from my order, I called the store, and a young gentleman apologized and asked if \I could come back in, I said yes it would be about 10 mins. When \I got there my order was ready, and when \I got home seen that not only had I received the 4 missing burgers but that they replaced the whole order and included fries. I was most impressed with the workmanship and the care taken to install my new furnace. My old furnace had a hodgepodge of connections to my forced air system. This was all stripped out and a custom connection replaced all the old system. The work was done in a timely fashion and my new system is working wonderfully well.. I have been a patient at the Mt Ida Clinic for many years. I have found the staff pleasant, efficient, kind, accommodating and compassionate. Being a Walk In Clinic there is sometimes a wait but I always get care as soon as is possible. Dr Lorenz is my family Dr and I have been and am very satisfied with the excellent treatment I receive from him. I have also occasionally seen other Dr’s at the clinic when Dr Lorenz. was unavailable and also received excellent care from each one. Lire plus
