We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. Their customer service is incredible. We thought our windshield was leaking allowing water into the car but when they took it apart they found handfuls of evergreen needles plugging the drain holes, which caused the rainwater to rise and flow into the heater core. Service tech cleaned it up and never charged us for his time! We highly recommend Insta-Glass!!!

I had the pleasure of speaking to Kendal today and she was super helpful unfortunately the item I needed was out of stock but she figured out a new alternative for me for my RV this place is an amazing place to go. We had Dave redo our bathroom by taking out the existing tub and toilet and installing a jetted tub and toilet. The job was done on time and done perfectly. That was in 2008. So when it was time to re-do our kitchen last year we called Dave. He replaced our sink and tap and put in a water filtration system for us. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with his work. He is professional, knowledgeable and able to handle any job. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Ralph saved my life in which my car unexpectedly had problems that came out of the blue. Since I am hard of hearing I could not hear over the phone that he texted me through Facebook to walk me through the car problems in which we discovered that it needed to go into the mechanic shop which I took it in. There were many problems that were addressed and fixed. And I was happy to bring my car home fixed. Yet unfortunetly the car began to leak again yet he fixed it right away. Will go back again!
