I was most impressed with the workmanship and the care taken to install my new furnace. My old furnace had a hodgepodge of connections to my forced air system. This was all stripped out and a custom connection replaced all the old system. The work was done in a timely fashion and my new system is working wonderfully well.. Thank you ProAir and to Mark and the 2 others (never did get their names) !!

Al was absolutely awesome. He came all the way out to Seymour Arm. Most contractors wouldnt come out that far. I would highly recommend him. His quality of work was the best Ive ever seen. He is easy to talk to, and gives good advices on painting. Thanks Al, we love what you did.

Mike and Steph are a true example of wholesomeness and goodness of mankind. Travelling alone from Calgary to Surrey for a wedding, my tire flew off around 3 am outside Revelstoke! No phone service but 1 bar on data! Just enough to find Bens! Mike was there with in an hour! He was courteous, safe and very considerate to arrange ride for me with Steph to Salmon Arm to rent a car. She is super sweet, kind and caring. Cant thank them enough for helping me so that I could make the wedding! God Bless

Jordan at JCL Plumbing was wonderful! He was prompt to fit us into his schedule, he is very knowledgeable and because of this was able to start problem-solving our issue before our appointment time. He was very trustworthy and showed us the issues and explained everything. We will definitely be using JCL Plumbing again in the future. Highly recommended!

Wow! I have had botox at various clinics, from Kamloops to Kelowna, in the last ten years. This clinic is miles above the rest. The staff is professional and friendly and the actual botox procedure was painfree, bruise free and very very well done. Unlike every other clinic, Dr Venter used a new needle for each individual insertion. No icing was needed and I am very excited about the professional quality of the results. I highly recommend this clinic for the latest technology and treatments

Askew's Downtown is where I shop alot and it has managed to retain the "Corner store" small town feeling. The service is second to none and the store is clean and always well stocked. The staff is a part of the community and they make you feel like you're at home. This is the greatest little flower shop! I've stopped in a couple of times when I am in Salmon Arm and found them to be helpful and have a nice selection of quality flowers for all price points. I called this morning because I really needed a special bouquet delivered - they went above and beyond - even calling back to let me know where things were at. This is why people love small towns! Andrea and her Mom are the best.

I took an important 16 year olds birthday card to the post office a week ago, and Liz put it through the test slot and it went through. It got returned today (her birthday is tomorrow) saying there wasn't enough postage on it. Liz immediately took responsibility for the mistake and insisted on paying for an express mail. I’m still stunned about the compassion Liz and the staff have at Salmon Arm post office.
