In the fall of 2011, Berdan Paving prepared and completed a raised above-grade parking space alongside our carport / garage, in a space from which I had just removed a tree. The space was used successfully over the winter, and in the summer of 2012, we asked them to come back and pave the space.
Pricing was excellent - we ended up paving not only the new space, but the main driveway as well. Berdan Paving coordinated with the municipal engineering office, as well as helping to verify the location of lot lines to ensure that there would be no encroachment issues with our neighbours.
The crew was excellent - hard working and polite. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. A year later and the driveway still looks brand new. Top marks!

There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. It's Greek salad time! If you want plump, juicy kalamata olives and beautiful salty feta (sheep milk, goat milk, or a combination of both), check out Perfect Bakery Pastry Shop at 116 Hamilton Road (north side of Hamilton Road, west of Adelaide Street). Of course they have everything Greek, including a lovely selection of pastries. Very helpful and friendly!
