My biggest regret was waiting more than a year trying to adapt to ill-fitted dentures that I obtained vie my Dentist and not going to Cruzado Dentures in the first place to have them made. That said; having something to compare to, words cannot express how much I appreciate Archie s (Mr. Cruzado) professionalism, perfectionist attitude and hands-on expertise. Do I recommend them? You bet I do as now I can actually eat and my smile is great ... ☺.

We stopped in to this Bakery on the way up north. We were impressed with the outside entrance to the store. It looked very homey and comfortable. What a surprise we had when we went inside and saw all the homemade breads and goodies. The homemade raisin bread was incredible and didn't last in our house. The pastries put Timmy's to shame and the coffee was great. Friendly service as well from the young gentleman at the counter.

Sue spent a lot of time making sure we had all the information and options available to us to make a decision. She was also able to retrieve information on an earlier purchase we had made so we could see if we wanted to match it. While being new to the store she was very helpful and in no way high pressure in her dealings with us. It was a very busy day, two days before Christmas. I had several bags of food and somehow after the items were scanned, I was missing a store bag with some items and a bag of apples. They either were put into someone else's cart by mistake or I forgot them in my rush to leave. When I realised this prior to preparing dinner, I rang the store to explain the situation. Spoke with Danny and he said there was no problem, to just bring in the receipt, even after we get back from the UK in January!
