We hired Nol for a move from our home which we had sold and again from storage into our new home. Nol was extremely careful with all our household goods and furniture, always guiding his friendly crew to make sure no walls were scraped and nothing was damaged. He was accommodating to our needs and was on time with all schedules. His prices were reasonable and there were no hidden charges. Jeff the owner of Comfort Tech did us a solid. After the initial repair he personally involved himself in a subsequent failure in our heat pump. It was removed from premises and promptly returned repaired and functional in two days. The second failure was independent of the first, however the fees amounting to several hours worth were entirely waived. Much to our relief and appreciation, Comfort Tech demonstrated the class act they are.

My garage door opener unit failed on a Wednesday. I phoned the builder to inform him of the issue. Thursday a representative of Bobs Door Service showed up and reviewed the issue. Friday morning I had a new replacement unit installed. This Warranty issue was dealt with very professionally with polite and experienced staff. I have No issues whatsoever with the way the situation was handled. I can say they stand behind their work and products. It was a freak motor failure in the unit. Thx!!

Our furnace quit after the planned power outage in W Kelowna on Nov 5 - contacted Anthony on Mon afternoon; he stated he had a full Tues and would schedule us for Wed morning but would try to get to us earlier. Sure enough, Anthony came by Tues evening after a full day and quickly resolved our issue. I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is beyond fair, reasonable and professional. We brought our old Vienna Regulator that I inherited over 20 years ago, it is over 100 years old to Matthias after moving to Kelowna. It had not run since the last time it was “fixed”. Matthias is amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. He got it running beautifully again and even fixed the chime tone. I hope that master craftsmen like Matthias are able to find apprentices to pass their knowledge, or the world will lose these beautiful timepieces. His waiting list is long but worth the wait.

We visit Kelowna at least once a year and when we do, theres no better place for my wife and daughter to get their hair cut and coloured than with Jimmy at Cabella. He and his staff are always friendly, professional and provide amazing service. There are lots of salons in Vancouver but my wife will wait several months if she knows were heading that way to make an appointment with Jimmy. Hes that good!
