I've been going to Chef Chan for over 10 years and it's by far the best Chinese place in the area! Overall, their food is the best but their dinner for one special is what I absolutely love! Pop, eggroll, (lots of) fried rice, and 1 side for about $7 is the best deal I've seen.
The people that work there are very friendly and very good. While the restaurant doesn't look like much, it's not a dine-in place so it really doesn't matter.
Overall, this is the best Chinese food restaurant I've ever been to in terms of value and quality of food.

Our first visit to Ithaca was wonderful! We’ll be back and are telling everyone who will listen, what a terrific experience we had. All staff are so friendly and gracious that it felt like we were in their home. The meals were beautifully prepared and presented and brought to the table with such a sense of pride and fun. This restaurant is a hidden gem and a very welcome addition to the Markham dining scene! The chicken gyros are especially great -- juicy, yet moist at the same time. I liked it better than the souvlaki, but both are great. Salads are huge and easy to share. Staff are friendly and attentive. Overall, I'm really glad we stumbled upon this place -- will be back again, for sure!
