Hi Guys...I just wanted to drop you a line regarding my recent snow tire purchase. I am extremely happy with my new Toyo Tires on my 2012 Prius. They run smoothly and quietly. Handling is excellent. You were able to work me in between other appointments and provided me with honest advice and superior service. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. I was so worried when my Dodge Grand Caravan was experiancing transmission issues. Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free. They then provided me with a couple different options to repair my vehicle. Ultimately we whent with a rebuild for the simple fact that their warranty is good nationwide! Having recently turned 65 last week, my wife and I decided to celebrate it by a take out order. We were delighted that the owner Rhonda personally delivered it. She remembered us from many years of eating there. She wished me a happy birthday and stayed for a short visit to meet our new Newfoundland puppie.Being such a Wonderful person she also brought some free cheesecake and ravioli along with the rest of the order. Also at no charge for the additional items. Ravioli & everything was Amazing!
