In the fall of 2011, Berdan Paving prepared and completed a raised above-grade parking space alongside our carport / garage, in a space from which I had just removed a tree. The space was used successfully over the winter, and in the summer of 2012, we asked them to come back and pave the space.
Pricing was excellent - we ended up paving not only the new space, but the main driveway as well. Berdan Paving coordinated with the municipal engineering office, as well as helping to verify the location of lot lines to ensure that there would be no encroachment issues with our neighbours.
The crew was excellent - hard working and polite. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. A year later and the driveway still looks brand new. Top marks!

There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. Having recently turned 65 last week, my wife and I decided to celebrate it by a take out order. We were delighted that the owner Rhonda personally delivered it. She remembered us from many years of eating there. She wished me a happy birthday and stayed for a short visit to meet our new Newfoundland puppie.Being such a Wonderful person she also brought some free cheesecake and ravioli along with the rest of the order. First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.
