It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. The service provided by Brad and his team was awesome I had purchased tires and rims however a emergency was developing with a longtime friend in Nanaimo and we may need to travel they stepped up and fitted us so we could travel at a moments notice

This is one of the best tire shops I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. My husband and I got a flat and were stranded with nobody who carried our tire size, they did everything they could to get us back on the road, we left a little over an hour later with great tires that will get us to Prince George and farther. Not only did they absolutely bless us with good tires, but they were friendly, so so kind, and hospitable to us. This is without a doubt the place to stop if you need help.

Yesterday in -45 I had to change out my tire to my donut tire. I drove to trailtire in spruce grove and they got me in a fixed up within a hour and still make it to work on time! Would 10/10 recommend ask for billy he gave wonderful customer service!

Great service! They couldn’t fix my tire right away, so they gave me a ride to work and picked me up when the tire was done. Price was great as well! Would definitely recommend and the service staff were amazing!

My car broke down on the side of the road, they stayed open late on a Friday night for me (until 6:20pm) and when my tow truck couldn't get me there until 7:30pm, John and his crew were able to get me a full analysis of my car by 9am the next morning... which was a Saturday despite being fully booked!
They only charged me $100 which was very low, got me in quick so I could make a decision to get on my way. If this store was in Calgary, it's the only spot I would go. You guys are the best!
