Solution based approach and I just find with TD in general seems to be a consistency and genuine compassion in hardship and working towards solutions and non judgemental. I have more confidence in mending my situation and feeling like I don't need to ' avoid ' my finances. Professional with a human side unparalleled by any other bank or business I've done business with. Only wish I started banking here years ago . Keep trusting in your customers and being kind to all . looks like a friendly and successful place to do all my banking, and I would recommend to my mom with arthritis in her knees that at the teller there are bar stools with backs on the seats. Great Job BMO!!!

The ladies give me personalized service that is unmatched by any financial institution I have done business with through the years. In the few times I have had an issue, I have escalated problem and it was solved on-the-spot. I came away surprised and pleased by the level of service and commitment to my business needs.

Seafair is my home branch. When my husband and I changed from another bank over 10 years ago, we could not believe the difference!
The staff are awesome! Right from the Manager, Rick, other managers, Karen, Paul, etc financial advisors, Andrew, Michael, Best Receptionist Ever, Roxana (sp?), and all the other staff, I can remember some but not all so I don't want to leave anyone out! Everyone knows my name, friendly, will spend any time to help you with whatever you need!
