I had ordered flowers 5 days ago from another retailer to be delivered at 8am this morning for my mothers 70th bday and they never arrived and the vendor refused to refund me... I then immediately called and ordered from these ANGELS at The Flower Boutique who came through for us! The order and delivery took less than 30 minutes all together, and somehow managed to hand them directly to my mother minutes before she pulled out of the driveway! Thank you sooo much ladies, saved the day!!! xoxo

From the excellent customer service to the fantastic selection to the unbeatable prices, my trip to Spanner’s on Friday was more productive than I ever could have hoped for.

I got lashes done from kamna right before I took a trip to Thailand and I was so amazed they lasted me the whole trip! They looked flawless! Even with all the stress I was putting on them with the humidity and salt water. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter is in a wheelchair and a staff member I did not get her name was very good to us she made it clear coming into the store they would help with anything we needed to make our shopping a positive one and they did help thanks so much you are amazing

Great local business for all women & girls that love fashion. I love good designer labels and I was able to find a great variety in this boutique. Also the staff are amazing and know what they are talking about when putting together an outfit! The prices were VERY reasonable even with their high end designer items. Consigned & New items as well.

What a amazing experience that my mom & I had today, I called Utopia Spa & purchased gift cards for my mom & I to be used on Mother's Day, the receptionist was very thorow & explained all the different Pedicures & Manicures etc.. we both had such a warm welcoming when we entered the Spa, the staff were so friendly & catered to our needs. I would like to thank all the staff @ Utopia Spa for an amazing Pedi & Mani, it put a huge smile on my mom's face, we will definitely return.....

I loved it. This mall is so big there is so much to do here. It is easy to get on the bus. I really like the food court there are lots of places to choose from. This is my favourite mall out of Kitchener-Waterloo. I think they could be a little cleaner that is the only thing they improve on.

Incredibly disappointing customer service and product. I spent a lot of money on an arrangement for my mother in laws 70th birthday. What was delivered was not what I ordered. When I complained I was actually accused of being a bully. I've never experienced anything like that. Clearly customer service and satisfaction are not important to this business owner. Would not recommend at all.
