These guys are brilliant. This little bronze clock had been broken for years. I took it to several places and no one could help me. It's not that fancy, but I got it at the Frank Lloyd Wright Fallingwaters gift shop, and it's very dear and sentimental to me and I love it's mid century modern design. Left it with this store for 3 days, and it's back and working just fine. Thank you so much !

I wanted to let everyone know how amazing Jack and Elmira were with me this week. I am married 50 yrs this fall and wanted to incorporate my wedding rings and my mothers wedding band. I was having no luck getting it done when a friend suggested I try MJEAS jewellers. What a stroke of luck. They did exactly what I wanted, did it very quickly and the price was very reasonable. 1/3 the cost compared to stores at the OC to have one of the rings sized. I am a VERY happy customer.

I had a pair of earrings I loved and one broke and could not be fixed. I found the exact same pair at WeGotJewels, cheaper than what I originally paid for them shipped to my door in 2 days. The earrings were packaged in such a way you would think they were the most important things in the world. Loved the service, speed and quality. I called yesterday checking to see if there was an item in the store before making the trip to the store and before I could finish my explanation I was rudely cut off twice. I called a third time and was able to get help from someone who sounded more mature. The first two employees sounded younger. I did complain to the third person who was more courteous and customer friendly. However, my instore experience was great.

Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

The guy in electronics is awesome. I bought an expensive Magellan GPS backup camera and GPS, but the GPS thought it was in California. The electronics head took it outside, reprogrammed it and it worked. I find the staff very friendly and helpful.
