Direct human contact on phone. Gave me a quote and advised that there was a possibility of a change once they reviewed the items I wanted removed. I live in an apartment and they did not increase the quote for that, as some others do. Best quote of 10 places I contacted and *bonus*, they were available same day. They arrived promptly and were very proficient in the removal - only took 10-15 minutes. The telephone quote was maintained. The gentlemen were very kind to deal with. Recommend!

My husband recently lost his wallet in a City Cab. We were pleased to get the wallet back with all contents including the cash. We have always been loyal City Cab customers and will continue to be. Excellent customer service even though I missed my delivery the tracking was impressive and so was customer service. I would recommend this delivery company to all who need a package delivered or picked up. I ordered my package on Sunday and it was delivered on Tuesday WOW great customer service. This company rock's!!!!

I have always found the staff here very friendly. Today I was helped by Barb, who is a superstar. She showed true empathy by walking me through what my options were with a friendly attitude. In a time when we cant rely on Canada Post, having staff like her at other shipping companies exposes their value to a critical point. We as customers need to take the time to recognize the people who put in the hard work to make our lives easier. Thank you Barb!

I use this location on a monthly basis to print club newsletters to send out to the few who are on our postal mailing list.
The cost is very reasonable and the convenience of emailing a pdf and picking up the copies later not to mention being treated like a valued customer spending 10x or 100x has been an incredible blessing and is very much appreciated

Have their mailbox service for a number of years, during this period they have always provided me with excellent service. I order online alot from Amazon and elsewhere, with the USP store I always get my packages which is very important to me.
